Return Process

  Locate your order number and email address to start your return through our online portal or visit any Paper Source retail location.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
